Why isn't the weather getting better!?

Ugh. I keep checking the weather hoping that it will change and it just keeps saying the same thing: wet and cold. More specifically, the most recent forecast from The Weather Channel looks like this:


Looks like Kelly and I are going to have to pack rain gear for Friday and warm layers for the whole weekend. As I learned last year, it gets really cold when you're sleeping in a tent at the end of October, even in Hotlanta. Luckily, my lovely husband Mike surprised me with a great gift - this great fleece from the 3-Day Store:

I can't wait to wear this around camp - I'll be warm and festive! I just hope I have enough room in my gear bag for all this heavy clothing. Eek!
