My favorite picture of my mom!
I already shared my thoughts on how my mom has inspired me over the years on Mother's Day, so I won't repeat myself here. If you have been moved by my mom's story, I would love it if you would help me celebrate her birthday by making a donation to the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the Cure in her honor. She is currently fighting a recurrence of breast cancer in her liver. I plan to be celebrating her birthday for decades to come by helping to find a cure for breast cancer in any way that I can.
