I'm a Little Bit Famous!

One of things that I failed to mention in my Week in Review yesterday was that this past Friday, I recorded a short interview with John of the 60 Miles, 3 Days blog!

John has one of the best 3 Day blogs out there.  He is full of really great tips about a whole host of topics, including everything from training to PortaPotties.  John has also been posting a video series highlighting veteran 3 Day walker's favorite 3 Day moments, of which my short video was a part.

You can watch my interview where I talk a little bit about the history of Relentless Optimism and my two favorite 3 Day moments below.  You can also find my interview on John's blog.

Thank you John!

Oh, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the earrings that I am wearing in the video were made by Janine of Athena's Armoury.  They are a part of Janine's Pink Warrior collection of hand made chain maille jewelry.  100% of the profits from the Pink Warrior collection will benefit Janine's fundraising for the 3 Day.  You can read more about the Pink Collection on Janine's blog here and you can shop for pieces from the collection on Janine's Etsy webstore here.

First of all, Kristen, that really was such a lovely video. Thank you so much for sharing!

Secondly, thank you so much for helping spread the word about my Pink Warrior Collection fundraising effort!! I'm hoping to get some new pieces made next week and hopefully in the shop the week after that. I'm thinking about some dream catchers, a charm bracelet, and maybe even a candle holder.

By the way, I don't know if you realize how exciting it was for me to see you wearing the earring that I made. Not only do you love them, but you showed them off! Thank you!

Also, my name is Janine. ;)

Gack! I'm sorry, I corrected your name in the post!

You're very welcome for helping to spread the word. The pieces are great and I love helping people out who are using their unique talents to raise money in new and different ways!

Can't wait to see the new pieces!

~ Kristen

(PS - It's ironic that I spelled your name wrong because John spelled my name wrong in his post about this video! It's actually just "Cincotta" and the "S" is my middle initial!)
